Does finding a Clinic give it access to my pet’s records?
No. Discovery shows published Clinic information. An Owner–Clinic Link is a separate relationship, and the Clinic controls its Clinical Records and permissions.
Who controls a Clinic’s Clinical Records?
The Clinic creates and maintains its Clinical Records. An Owner–Clinic Link and Clinic permissions determine which records are made available to an owner.
Is Household Membership the same as giving someone caregiver access?
No. Household Membership organizes an owner-controlled Household. A Caregiver Grant is separate, explicit and revocable, and can cover selected pets and care capabilities.
What happens after a Clinic registers?
Registration begins onboarding. Clinic setup and assigned work roles determine what each Clinic staff member can access; registering does not promise immediate approval or unrestricted access.
How can I read the privacy policy or account-deletion instructions?
Both are available on this website. The privacy policy explains data handling; the account-deletion page describes the request process, with the request contact shown only when it is verified for a release.
