What happens next

After verification, we will close the requested account, revoke its active sessions, and delete or de-identify associated personal data that BojuCare is not required to retain. We will confirm the expected completion timeline and explain any information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, financial, contractual, or veterinary-record reasons.

Deleting a login does not automatically require a veterinary clinic to erase clinical records it is legally responsible for maintaining. Owner access to those records will be removed when the account is closed.
