Privacy policy

This policy applies to BojuCare Clinic and BojuCare Owner. BojuCare helps veterinary clinics manage operations and lets pet owners access services and records shared by their clinic.

Information we process

• Account and contact details, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles, and clinic details.
• Pet and veterinary-care information, including profiles, appointments, clinical notes, prescriptions, vaccinations, and uploaded documents.
• Billing and transaction records created by clinics. Payments may be completed through a clinic's payment provider.
• App activity, audit events, notification preferences, delivery status, and device push tokens.
• Camera input when a user chooses to scan a BojuCare QR code. BojuCare does not request microphone access.

How information is used

We use information to provide authenticated accounts, clinic workflows, owner access, care records, bookings, reminders, billing records, security controls, support, and service reliability. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared between a pet owner and their linked clinic as needed to provide the service. We also use contracted infrastructure, notification, communications, and payment providers that process information only to deliver their services. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, clinics, or the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Security and retention

BojuCare uses access controls, authenticated sessions, encrypted network connections, and operational logging to protect information. We retain information while an account is active and as needed for the service, security, dispute resolution, contractual commitments, or legal and veterinary-record obligations. Retention needs may differ for clinical records controlled by a veterinary clinic.

Your choices

You can update contact and notification details in the app. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Some clinical or financial records may need to be retained where a clinic or law requires it; we will explain any applicable retention when responding to a request.
